Refund and Returns Policy

At Shop Human Hair Wigs, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned due to a change of mind. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure about a product’s return eligibility, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return for the original product and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return has been approved.

Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.
